Peace Corps volunteers save 80% of international long distance phone call expense by using
international callback service to call family and friend in USA but enjoying US telecom
technology and connection. Visit BestCallback's website at http://bestcallback.net
and find the rate to call US from Bangladesh (Dhaka) is only 49.8¢. When you go to BestCallback, look
for the "Peace Corps Service" section to see some sample rates and then dig for the program
features and benefits.

To
Naomi Hyland:After the Peace Corp I went to the University of Michigan & received an MPH degree . At that time (1963) The Public Health Service had a very liberal grant program to get young college grads to attend Schools of Public Health to get Public Health Degrees . They paid for the entire 1 yr. degree program & gave me a nice living stipend. The MPH helped me broaden my personal & professional vision.I recommend you go for it ! Contact a few of The Schools of Public Health & ask for their list of grants , scholarships ,stipends, etc...... Good luck, Bill Reder

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am looking for the whereabouts (e-mail adddress etc)of Mr. Harild V. Fish who had worked as a peace corp volunterer in the then East Pakistan (1964). I was then a 9th or 10th grader when Mr. Fish was attached to our pilot high school as a peace corp volunteer. Mr. Fish did a lot for all of us. Although we too young to thank him at that time, we are all grateful to this nice soul. I would like to be in touch with Mr. Fish to thank him for what did for us more than forty years back. I will apprecite if someone can hep me to be in touch with Mr. Harold Vinor Fish.
with regars,
Sincerely,
M. waheeduzzaman, Ph.D. my email address is mwzaman@aol.com

I am the daughter of Troy and Marj Bennett who were missionaries in Comilla, East Pakistan, 1962-65. They have passed on now, but I have a memory of a 4th of July picnic in our back yard in Comilla...was it in 1964? I remember lots of Americans there, including Peace Corps folks. I was a little third culture kid thrilled to be part of this gathering of Americans singing patriotic songs and celebrating! Did we have fireworks? Were any of you there? What do you remember? I'd love to hear your memories! Gathering with you all then helped me feel part of America. Thank you!
