Hi, I don't know how or who else to ask. I am not a RPCV, but I just returned from a year in Senegal and I want to bring a friend over on a tourism visa for the month December and I would like to know how to best ensure that he will get the visa. (60,000 CFA is not a light sum for him to spend on that interview over the embassy.) I was wondering if any of you had ever tried to bring friends to the US on visits, if you were successful, and how you formulated the invitations.
I will be very, very grateful for any advice.

I am an English as a Second Language Teacher (ESL)in the United States. There are two young men who have enrolled in the local high school. I am attempting to obtain school records for them. Without these records they will not be able to graduate on time. They have given me the following names for the schools they attended:
Saint Michel and CASE. If anyone can help me find out who to contact to get these records I will be so grateful.
