Eric Young and David Berry testify in Campbell Case
The prosecution in the murder case filed against the self-confessed killer of an American Peace Corps volunteer in April last year presented two of her compatriots as witnesses before the Banaue Regional Trial Court (RTC) here the other day. Peace Corps Volunteer Julia Campbell, reported missing after hiking in Ifugao, was found dead April 18, 2007.

LAGAWE, Ifugao – The prosecution in the murder case filed against the self-confessed killer of an American Peace Corps volunteer in April last year presented two of her compatriots as witnesses before the Banaue Regional Trial Court (RTC) here the other day.
Testifying in the continuation of the hearing of the murder trial of Juan Donald Duntugan, self-confessed killer of American Peace Corps volunteer Julia Campbell, were fellow Americans Eric Young and David Berry.
Young, a tourist who was vacationing in Banaue town at the time, testified seeing Campbell last April 7 or a day before she was declared missing. -- Charlie Lagasca
