Century 21 Colonial Realty announces that Justin Cowles, Director of Project Development with MDG Companies of WV, has joined Century 21.
He will serve as the on-site sales representative for MDG's exquisite communities and development projects -- including award-winning Cacapon South. His goal is to provide dedicated professionalism with a touch of hometown hospitality.
Cowles has a solid background in real estate development, general contracting, and residential construction. He has worked as an assistant builder and project manager on numerous community and construction projects throughout Morgan County, the Eastern Panhandle of West Virgnia, Northern Virginia as well as internationally. He is also a certified Residential Building Inspector through BOCA and the International Code Council, a WV Licensed General Contractor, a WV Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and a WVBuPH certified Inspector of Onsite Wastewater and Water Supply Systems.
He served as a Community Development Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps and taught building construction in the Kingdom of Tonga while working on various community projects with local leaders and education professionals.
He received his bachelor's degree from Berea College in Kentucky in 1997. He completed his graduate studies through Duquesne University's Center for Social and Public Policy in 2001.
Visit him at the MDG Information Center located in Cacapon South -- directly across from the Cacapon Resort Park. Normal hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. -- or by appointment.
