A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to remove the Peace Corps as an option for service under the National Call to Service military recruitment program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF PEACE CORPS AS OPTION FOR SERVICE UNDER THE NATIONAL CALL TO SERVICE MILITARY RECRUITMENT PROGRAM.
Section 510(c)(3)(D) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking `the Peace Corps, Americorps, or another national service program' and inserting `Americorps or another national service program (other than the Peace Corps)'.
